MOLLIE GARCIA

Mollie is the newest member of our team, bringing enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong work ethic to her role as an associate attorney. While in law school, Mollie was recognized for excellence in the areas of Wills and Trusts, Civil Procedure, Contracts, Business Associations, and Community Property.

Before joining our team, Mollie worked in public safety for 17 years, with five of those years in a criminal courtroom. It was this experience that ignited her interest in the law and led her to this new chapter in private practice.  She provides advice and counsel in the areas of estate planning and trust administration.

Mollie resides in Ventura County with her husband, sons, and French Bulldog, Mookie. ​

Rikki manages post-death, guardianship, and conservatorship case files.  Rikki has broad education and experience in all facets of the ongoing administration of trusts, guardianships, and conservatorship. Rikki also plays a key role in the settlement of these types of matters.

Rikki has been an important part of your team since August 2016.

Robin has been assisting our clients and staff since joining the firm in 2021, handling various aspects of all the operations.  Robin is available weekly Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Vivian K. Christiansen

attorney at law


Vivian has over 20 years experience with estate planning and post-death administration issues, both as an attorney and previously as a tax and estate planning paralegal.  She focuses her services on the areas of California estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorship and guardianship matters. 

Vivian's many years as a hands-on paralegal provided invaluable experience that enable her to better understand each client's needs. Vivian also gained strong leadership skills, organizational capabilities, and the ability to communicate with clients to ensure that they receive the highest quality of service.

Vivian is a life-long resident of Ventura County, has two adult children, and resides in Ventura with her cattle dog Rocko.
